So sorry for your loss...
So very, very sorry :(

Oh Sophie Girl... you were so loved.  You will be so missed by the many people you gave your all to.  Although we are grateful that you are at peace and not in pain... our hearts ache at your loss.  Your family will be in our thoughts, hearts, and prayers.  -C

im so sorry for your loss

Jolie puppy and I send all our love to you and your family during this very sad time. So hard to hear of the loss of Sophie. Reminds me that one day i too will be in your situation. Until then, like you no doubt did also, i will treasure every moment with my angel. Bless you Sophie xxxxx

Oh sweet Sophie, we are going to miss you so. You are in good company with those who have passed before you. Have fun on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge where you will romp and play everyday.

Sheri, though I knew this was a possibility I was just praying it wasn't so. I am so sorry for your loss. May your memories be filled with her adorable antics, my all time favorite will always be her standing at the tree, looking, but not touching, to see the bird. This is how I always think of her, then and more so now.

Lisa -- I just wrote in a private message to Donna where she mentioned Sophie at her Tree!  She loved that tree.  She actually had a path worn around it where she would just go around and around looking for the birds (there were nests in there as well).  She knew she wasn't supposed to touch it.  Even on her worst days when she would just want to be outside laying on the cool patio, even in the worst weather, her focus was on that tree.  She would come to the door and we would think she wanted in, but she would just want Daddy to come outside and shake the tree so she could find the birds.  It was their little game.  As soon as she knew there were no more birds she would just come back to the patio and lay down.  That will forever be known as Sophie's Tree!

Ohhhhh, I love that, 'Sophie's Tree'......so special!

I have many plant reminders in my garden. Rex, the standard poodle, has his ashes near a tree my son gave me for mother's day many years ago. It was a sapling in a tin can and now it's a great big thing. I have peonies and other things from my father. I find garden reminders of loved ones very comforting.

Oh Sherri, I'm just seeing this now...I was offline yesterday.  I'm so sad to read this.  Sophie was such a special girl and such a gift.  You have amazed me with your strength and ability to stay positive throughout this ordeal.  You were lucky to have found one another and shared this bond....she will be with you in your heart always.  I so wish I could give you a big hug...but you know.

I'm so sorry for the loss of your little girl Sophie.  She looks like such a sweetheart and I'm sure she brought nothing but wonderful moments and smiles to your life.  My heart is very heavy for your loss, I hope your memories of her bring you comfort.  Remember how much love she had for you.  I hope Sophie is playing with my Riley, who I lost 17 days ago.  They were born about a month apart and were taken from us way before they should have been.  My heart and prayers are with you in such a sad time.

So sorry for your loss Mandy.  Hugs to you.
