Hi I guess this could be considered a silly question but I know this is the place for all the smart answers though . I d like to find and put in a product like Cheez whiz or a cheese that you can squirt into the Kong
I'd am questioning if its ok & a good idea ......I called my holistic pet store they don't carry anything just wondering how safe this is...it's got to be easier than getting pnutbutter into the little Kong toys for puppies!! I have given her that would like it to be simpler for me...I make a huge mess doing that. She has had Sweet Potato chips they are great also
Just wondered ring about a squirt product if safe & which exactly if a good idea

oatmeal as in cooked/not cooked?

like the idea..all very healthy & i suspect NON intrusive to her little digestive track as a puppie

how often for any of these kong filled things is to often?

this one is super tiny Dood maybe 4 lbs now  @ 11.5 wks...will these treats although really healthy & wholesome effect her appetite also??

I use the quick cook oatmeal dry right from the container.   I'm not sure how much you'd offer a puppy.  I would say if you are using a little (baby) kong just a teaspoon full would act as a "plug".  Probably not more than twice a day.    I don't think you want to give any dog too much peanut butter....due to the fat content.

Oh,  and we always used a good natural peanut butter...no sugars, etc.

I bought a can of the cheese for my doodle's Kongs, squirted the cheese in and both seemed to like it but a few hours later both had really bad poops.  Needles to say I threw it out, now I only give my dogs my homemade cookies for treats.

My puppy kindergarten trainer had us buy squeeze tubes that could be filled and sealed from the bottom-they are sold at camping supply stores to take hiking.  we would use it as a super treat that he would lick right from the tube to teach him to come when we called his name.
