Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum
Was just wondering... I am trying to figure out how big my girl will be? I am training her to be my service dog and think she may end up not big enough.

My doodle was about 40 pounds at 18 weeks. I didn't know a dog had to be a certain size to be a service dog. I see your pretty pup is about 28 pounds (?) How big did they say she needed to be?
If you double the weight at 16 weeks and add 10 lbs, that should put you close. In your case it would be about 56lbs full grown.
Myla was 34.6 pounds when she was 18 weeks old and 30.0 pounds when she was 16 weeks old. She is currently just over one year old and weighs 60 pounds and has for the past two months so the 16 week rule is right on for her (I'm sure she'll fill out a bit over the next year but probably not more than 10 pounds!). I'm so happy with her size - I had asked for a female that would get to around 50 pounds (we're one of those couples that DH wanted a dog over 60 pounds and I wanted a dog under 60 pounds) so we really lucked out!
I'm sorry - I didn't really read your post well enough - Myla is a F-1 goldendoodle not a labradoodle - On this site I sort of think of them as all the same!
i think if you will be using her for balance, height and muscle may be more important than actual weight.its so hard to tell what size they will be....
Annie is an F1 standard labradoodle, and I have tracked her weight through her life... She hasnt been weighed in a few weeks, but this is what she WAS. The closest I have to your pups age was a weight at 17 weeks:
10 weeks - 13 Lbs.
11 weeks - 15.3 Lbs.
12 weeks - 16.5 Lbs.
13 weeks - 19 Lbs.
14 1/2 weeks - 24 Lbs.
17 weeks - 31 Lbs.
20 weeks - 37.6 Lbs.
21 weeks - 39.4 lbs.
26 weeks - 46.1 lbs.
27 weeks - 47.8 lbs.
34 weeks - 56 lbs
37 1/2 weeks - 66 lbs
40 weeks - 69.5
Zack was 24# at 12 weeks and 90# full grown.
