Goldendoodle F1 coat

Hi Guys,

I will be picking up this doodle this sunday and just wanted to get some input on what type of coat do you think he will have.  Looks like it will be the shaggy type but not really sure.  Mom is a golden retriever and dad is a standard poodle.  Thanks

His name is Boston. Here's a vid of him going down and up the stairs. He learned to climb on his 1st night with us and was able to descend the next day. He likes to jump and skip the last step as seen on the video. ;))

Your video is precious and he is so adorable going up and down!   Didn't take long for him to learn that "task".

OMG - what a cute dog and what a sweet face Boston has!  Congratulations on the new addition to your family.  That is the same type of coat our puppy has - my guess is shaggy as well - but I'm a novice here!

OMD!  And I thought I've seen it all!  This doodle is about the cutest thing I've ever seen in my LIFE!  How in the world do you get anything done?  All I would do is stare at that face all day!  Look at his nose!  What a wonderful big black nose!  As for the coat, it looks so SOFT!  Is it as soft as it looks like it is?  I think he'll have a beautiful soft medium-curl coat.  He doesn't look straight (flat) to me, but not really curly either.  He's perfect.  Enjoy.

Just watched the video of him going down the stairs.  I am in love!  I love how he bumps the camera with his nose.
