Shedding!

My almost 16 week old F1B goldendoodle is shedding like CRAZY! Every article of clothing I pick up is covered in Puppy fuzz! Someone please tell me this is a puppy stage or I'm going to have to hire a full time sweeper! The breeder said by looking at her as a puppy, she thought for sure that she would be completely woolen, super curly non shedding coat. Which is NOT what I was looking for so she didn't just tell me that to make a sale. She was afraid I wouldn't want her with that woolen coat. I didn't want a crazy shedder but I didn't want the look of a standard poodle which is what she thought Zoey would be. Anyway, we love her so much now, we don't care if she looks just like a poodle or if she looks like a golden and sheds, I'm just curious to know which it's gonna be :) !!!!

Like others, Trav doesn't shed, but he does mat.  I'm trying to find the magic length--as long as possible without having to deal with serious mats.  He's about 3/4 in. right now--not as long as I want, but so far no mats.

She is shedding LOTS LESS now. Whew! Maybe it was just a puppy frizz shedding phase. Or my friend suggested maybe her winter coat? Anyway, it's lots better now, very very little, if any shedding now. WooHoo!
