I prefer the regular peonies to the tree peonies. You need to plant them at the right depth and after that they can outlive you.
My absolute favorite flower but I can't grow them here.....insert REALLY sad face. Beautiful, only wish the smell came through, too.
Love your photos F - all so wonderful. I do not have a weigela - it is so beautiful I think I need to get one!
Some more. at this time of year so many things are blooming I can't keep track of them.
Hardy geraniums have started:
Siberian Iris
Purple Iris
Clematis Ramona
Wisteria Amethyst Falls
Do you think I like purple flowers? I also have others, the roses are just starting:
And some of you may remember the weird Rhubarb flower, which I look forward to following.
All gorgeous! The rhubarb looks interesting, could we follow it with you?!
Of course. I did write about it last year. Truly an amazing, not necessarily beautiful, flower.

I love your irises!
Well, I stink at taking photos, but I do have some things growing in my garden. I so want to get into the photography group and learn, but I just can't seem to find the time to keep up. Plus it would mean a new camera I'm sure. I so admire those of you who are following Camilla though and I'm enjoying your photos. But, thought I'd share a little of my garden with you. Doesn't compare to many, but it is still a work in progress. We have just been here a few years and it was pretty much a blank slate to start.
My lilac tree just finished blooming. I missed the weeping cherry this year while we were in FL.
My Daylillies are just starting to bloom today.
My Wegeila is so full of blooms it is about to break branches.
I can't remember what this is called, but it is blooming!
The name escapes me again!
Pink knock out roses ... I have red ones as well.
More pink knock outs. I have a lot of knockouts. Love them because they bloom full all summer and are no maintenance.
