The "Terrible Twos" Started A Few Weeks Early

I had to share this story with all of you.  Lani turns two the middle of July (next month).  Anyhow, I am relaxing on the couch with Roxie (my English Bulldog) and Lani (my ALD) is playing on the floor nearby being really quiet.  Finally I started wondering what she was playing with that was keeping her so occupied (we have toys everywhere in our house).  So I get up to go look and somewhere (not sure where) she found a black felt-tipped marker, managed to remove the top and proceeded to draw black lines all over my living room carpet!!!  I finally got the marker away from her (she didn't want to hand it over) and then Lani comes up to me with a big smile on her face to give me a hug and what do I realize... not only had she colored all over the living room carpet... she also colored all over her leg (and she's a cream doodle!!!).  Lol... gotta love my babies :)

Alcohol will take it out! (if it is a permanent marker...) sounds like a big clean up but Lani had fun!
