July Assignment Water and Colors

So it really is summer now and water seems appropriate especially since rain is forecast for yet another week. Today is the first day in about a week we've had torrential rain but our more northeast neighbors have been clobbered while the west swelters. So any kind of water from rain, to oceans to hoses, even glasses will do. Of course any patriotic photos showing red, white and blue or any of the above will do too. Happy Summer to all.

Sue, These photos of your doodles are gorgeous. I grew up in Wisconsin and my parents still live in Brookfield. I come for a visit about four times a year.

So you probably know that they don't allow dogs on any beaches around here. We had to go 50 miles to the Kohler Andrae State Park dog beach.

I live in Greendale, not too far from Brookfield.

I haven't lived in WI for many decades. :o) But I do know Kohler is a lovely area. When we lived in Northern CA we had a hard time finding dog-friendly beaches. I'm glad you and the doodles got to play!
