July Assignment Water and Colors

So it really is summer now and water seems appropriate especially since rain is forecast for yet another week. Today is the first day in about a week we've had torrential rain but our more northeast neighbors have been clobbered while the west swelters. So any kind of water from rain, to oceans to hoses, even glasses will do. Of course any patriotic photos showing red, white and blue or any of the above will do too. Happy Summer to all.

Wow, that first shot is so freshing and relaxing, wish I were there instead of here.  And the third picture?  Talk about pops of color!  And oddly enough, the flowers resemble bubbles. Wonderful!

LOL  Maybe he's training the duck! Here's a question to ponder - if you train a retriever to retrieve (ducks) what do you train a duck to do?  I have no answers.  Pretty and peaceful place.

Love this!  And yes, this is where gators like to hang out - hence the lack of cattail photos on my end.  LOL
