Hi, I'm new to Doodle Kisses. I have one 4 year old Golden Doodle, Lulu Belle. My rescue Golden Doodle, Obie passed away suddenly 2 months ago at app. age 8yrs. I miss him so much! I did get another rescue in Obie's honor (not a Doodle) that is 15 weeks old from the Humane Society. He's a lab/boxer mix..I'm looking forward to being a member of the group! Thanks!

Hi Debra...I am new to DK and would love to connect with you.  I am so sorry to hear about Obie's passing.  I know only to well what you are going through.  We too lost our beloved Golden Retriever Jack this past February and it has been so hard.  They become such a part of the family...it's so hard when they are gone.  We just got a new puppy a week ago today and she is just a sweet addition to our family and we are so excited about making new memories with her...but not a day goes by that I don't think about or miss our sweet boy Jack.  Hang in there...it will get a little easier day by day.  So happy for your new addition...so nice that it's a rescue...they are some of the most loving dogs.  Welcome to DK!
