I found two of Callie's puppy teeth today. At first I thought one of the dogs had lost a toenail.  What are the odds of finding them and she didn't swallow them?  :)

I have found a few of Doodle's. I stepped on one of them it hurt so bad.

My husband calls me the tooth lady. Whenever our kids had a loose tooth that they wanted out they would come to me and I'd pull it for them, no pain. When our pup was losing his teeth he would come to me and yawn really big so I could see the offending baby tooth hanging there. I'd grab it and pull it out for him. He's certainly one of our kids! I pulled about 6 for him like that. I found one in the backyard on the walk and a couple in the living room. I'm sure he swallowed a few too, but I have most of them. Why am I keeping these? Gross...I should toss them.

Bahahaha! I've thought the SAME thing! I've found a couple and can't decide what to do...it seems non sentimental to throw them away but weird and gross to keep them!
My 10yr old daughter found one of Chachi's and she's keeping it, she put it in her "lost my first tooth" box. So cute.
Last week at puupy training class, after all the puppies were done free playing, I found another puppy's tooth on Chachi's ear fur. It belonged to his best buddy in class, lol.

We have found about 10 or more of Roux's. Front teeth, canines, molars. Most of the time we find them when we're playing with him. He will suddenly stop mid-play, act confused and start licking his lips. We will find a tooth on the ground right after that.

I have had mostly small dogs so maybe they were too tiny to see.  This is a first for me.  And to have two in one day.  My baby is growing up :D

When does this start happening?

Callie will be 5 months on the 24th.  Just noticed it today.  Found 2 this morning and 2 more tonight!

My pups teeth didn't all fall out. He ended up with double rows in some places. The vet took them out when he was fixed.
Gail, Finley has two of his puppy fang teeth that havent come out yet. He's seven months and all of them but these top two fang puppy teeth have fallen out. My vet is telling me I need to have them pulled but I keep putting it off. He's scheduled to go in next Tuesday but I just don't want to get it done. I don't know what my hesitation is...I guess I don't want to put him through it if I don't have to and I keep thinking "what do poor dogs do", ha! Did Bogey seem to be in pain from the teeth removal or could you not really tell because he also got fixed? Could he eat normally? I just don't know why I am struggling with this but it just doesn't seem necessary...but my vet says I'm going to have a bigger problem on my hands if I don't do it. It's not about the money, I just don't want him to have to get his teeth pulled if I can avoid it. Sigh.
