"Thankful" November: What are you thankful for regarding your doodle?

Since its the month to be thankful I thought I would ask what does/do your doodle(s) bring into your life that you are thankful for? Post as often as you wish. Pictures would be cool too.

 

I'm thankful that our doodles are sweet friends to my kids.  After years of medical treatment for both of our kids, its wonderful seeing the doods romp and snuggle with the kiddos. They seem to know what the kids need instinctively and they have gotten the kids to start moving when it was hard to get them off the couch!

For many reasons I am thankful for our doodle...her unwavering loyalty, constant companionship, snuggles on the couch, abundance of kisses and for that wagging tail that greets me whenever I come home.  She makes me feel so loved.  I LOVE MY DOODLE!

From the time we inherited Skadi from our grown kids who couldn't care for her, she was a challenge.  Through the years tho

she began to exhibited her true beauty,inner strength and the loving companionship she wanted so badly to share with a furever family. . As she recovered from surgery, a couple kisses from my loving granddaughter brought her delight. She has grown into a true "doodle" beauty making my heart swell with owner pride.  I am thankful my kids couldn't keep her!
