So happy and so relieved...

I just wanted to share my good news with all the wonderful people on DK. Our sweet little Ellie just went in this morning to be spayed. Just a few minutes ago I got off the phone with our vet technician and she said that Ellie's surgery was successful and there were no complications. I have been a nervous wreck and on pins & needles all morning. I don't know why but I should be used to it by now having been through this before with a male dog & male cat who were neutered and two female cats who have been spayed. But it doesn't seem to get any easier. They are my babies and it's just hard to see them go through any kind of discomfort...but now I am on Cloud Nine and feeling very relieved, very happy and very blessed!

I know I am a few days early but I just want to wish each & everyone of our American DK friends a very Happy Thanksgiving! Hope you have just a wonderful time with your family & friends. Enjoy the turkey & all the trimmings!

That's wonderful news! These doodles are our babies so of course we worry about them! Now just give her lots of snuggles and enjoy your holiday. :-)

Thanks Vanessa...oh and don't worry she is going to get lots of cuddles 'n snuggles...I can hardly wait! We live in Canada so unfortunately not a holiday for us...we had ours a month ago...so it's your turn to enjoy the holiday...take care:)
