Jenn,
I wanted to leave you an email but my computer is so slow and old. It is hard for me to come on here many days.
I do want to tell you, my Spud sounds just like Jake. Hyper, happy, energy.
He turned 5 last week. Everyday I am so happy to have a healthy young dog in my life. He is still a puppy. He is Peter Pan. He never grows old, he never gives up. His zest for all things amazes me.
I was once told by a nurse that my Horrible babies ( my babies were so difficult for many months ) would grow to be sensitive men. Carring and good men because they were so in tune with their world. Thus the crying. Dont know how true that is, but I adored them more as teens than I ever did when they were cute babies. Awful time in my life.
So, that said, I have a feeling, Jake will add sparkle to your aging pack in years to come. It is going to be all good
Now who could resist holding off a holiday for such a handsome fellow -
Temperment is tops - that's how we ended up with a female :) .
Quigley - who can forget Tom Selleck from down under?
redheads... well - Willie or Nelson - but then redheads and Celtic heritage... Gibson - Connor - Flynn - Geordie - Gordy -
make a list, I wish I had.
How about Rusty?
Eric Stoltz is another redhead who starred on one of my all time favourite movies based on a true story, with Cher called "Mask." His character's name in the film: Rocky.
We always try to have our dog names be as different from each other as possible so there is less confusion for them - especially the vowel sounds. At the same time we had Simon, Gordon (Gordie), Clancy, Ned. So with that being said, how about Percy (red-headed Weasley kid in Harry Potter series)?
I always try to name them ahead of time - - - but when I see them, that usually changes to whatever "pops" into my head. Usually that is the name that sticks.
