is my puppy really goldendoodle?

Hello to all, I just bought this puppy from a lady, and she said that it is goldendoodle, and I am so galuble, even though I do know the rules of buying a puppy, so now I am not so sure that I got a goldendoodle, she said that he is second generation.

He is good with a crate, we have this wire crate that likes to sleep in, but he hates to sleep at night by himself, so needless to say, I am way too tired.

I'm not sure if it has been said since I am on my phone and if it has I completely second it...get PET INSURANCE! Since you don't know what kind of health tests were done on the parents you want to have that cushion. So cute though! Good luck!

Your puppy is darling whatever his genetics are. We all end up with impulse buys at one time or another.  Our Ned was.  We learned what we should have research afterwards.  But we learned.   Enjoy him.  Definitely get pet insurance.  Our Springer Spaniel was not from a reputable breeder and we have spent about $10,000 on him - wish we had had insurance because it all would have been covered!

OMG he's precious!  One of my neighbor has two dogs that's like a grown up version of him (with similar marking on face and color), but they were rescues so we didn't know excatly what kind of mix they were.  (They were both lovely though and awesome tempermented.)  Although your puppy does remind me of my Charlie when I first met him at 6 weeks (Charlie is a F1 mini Goldendoodle.) Good luck with him!  He'll bring so much joy to your life. :-)

Yes, I will keep you posted, he is adorable, and sweet tempered, well at least for now :) and we all love him dearly. I will post some more pictures later

Hello to all, well the breeder took Max back and give me my money back, my kids are really upset, but we have been looking for a family dog again, and found this good breeder that breeds cocker spaniels. Now the dilemma is do we wait and then get a puppy or do we get the puppy now? we do have an option. Its just I promised my kids a dog and we went and looked at the puppies and picked one, but now I worry about housebreaking her, because I am homeschooling my 3 kids. Any advise on this?
