No, Nancy she's shook the hat off pretty fast. I bought it last year and it was way to big. What a difference a year makes. Thank God for fast cameras.

Mine never would keep them on either.  They appear 'stunned' for a moment, and if you are lucky, you get that perfect shot - you got lucky.

We never got a chance to see Santa either.  Petco and Petsmart only took pics on Sat. and we missed it.  LOL...DH and I rode all over town looking for a Santa!  None to be found.  ( not that would pose with our dog anyway!!)

 So, the best we can contribute is one with a hat and the other with her Christmas collar
