I'm not sure why this is happening (obviously!) but for the last while I've been getting duplicate email notifications of everything. Maybe it started when I got a new Apple MacBook Air for Christmas. I can't be certain of that though. Is there anything I can do to remedy this problem?

I always get duplicate notices of new discussions in the main forum, but not anything else.
Sorry haven't experienced this Debb...how someone can help sort this out for you!
Debb, every now and then that happens on my Mac Book too! I get messages, read them, delete them and then about three to four days later I get the same message again. Cannot figure it out and it does NOT happen all the time. I need to go to my One to One class and find out what I am doing wrong!
I get lots of duplicates running Google Chrome, under Windows 7 on a MacBook Pro. I have gotten used to ignoring them. Not like Lonnie describes, at different times but in the same email the message is repeated more than once.
Mine are the same. Two notifications of the same discussion at the same time.
This happens to me periodically but hasn't for a while = knock on wood. It seems to happen less often when I went to daily notifications rather than immediate ones.
Thanks everyone. I feel a little better knowing I'm not alone with having this problem. I found an interim band-aid solution by having Outlook automatically delete DK msgs. older than 10 days. Its not an elegant solution, but at least it will keep my mailbox from getting so cluttered with duplicate mail.
I get duplicates….but it's random….I've yet to detect any pattern. It can be very annoying on a "busy" day.
