Are these okay? And if not, can you recommend a similar sized soft treat for my 9 week old puppy?

Don't go near the Vitakraft yogurt drops or any other product made by this company. This "treat" contains one of the most dangerous ingredients there is, menadione sodium bisulfite, which is an artificial form of vitamin K that has been linked to some serious diseases in dogs and is banned from use in most other industrialized countries.

Zuke's used to be one of our favorite treat brands, but has now been sold to Nestle Purina, which is why we are no longer recommending them,.

Try Cloud Star treats; the "Trainers" are almost identical in size and shape to Zuke's minis and come in even more varieties.

I was using Zuke, soft treats and was so disappointed I would have to find another. I have discovered the Wellness puppy treats (my guy is 18 months old) made with lamb, salmon and whole fruits and veggies. They are nice and small and really easy to break into even smaller bits for training. Unless I hear otherwise I will be using these as my occasional treat and my training treats.

I used to use Zuke's for training Darla.  I cut them into smaller pieces.  I didn't know they were sold to Nestle Purina..I will never purchase them again!  thanks to Karen and Jackdoodle for the link to the recommended treats!

The Wellness soft treats are pretty good - WellBites maybe?.  They are pretty big so for training you cut them into smaller pieces but they are soft so it's easy.
