Out of curiosity, what level of coverage are you going with your pet?

We’re actually just about to sign our puppy up with Pet Plan as well, and are wondering if we really need the 22k/yr coverage. Right now we’re considering 22k/yr, $100 deductible with 100% coverage, but it’s coming out to close to $45/mo at this level, and most people we know are paying only $25/mo or so for a lower coverage level and it's working out for them perfectly fine.

John, just so you know costs, our Springer's CCL surgery (twice) was around $4,000 each time. His dermatology appts totaled about $1,000 - and that was without the expensive tests that he might have needed to have.  None of this was in the same year.
