Always Wanting Water

Hi there,

my pup is an 8 week old labradoodle and I've only had her for a few days.

I've noticed whenever I put her in her crate she starts crying and goes to her water bowl. How much is too much water?? And how to I manage it?? I'm at work during the day, so I'm trying to work on her crating. Sometimes she's fine with it, other times she'll act out via needing water or needing to pee.

I don't want to leave her with lots of water and then she's home alone and not able to pee/poop.

My Willa is close to a year old.  She, too, is always wanting water.  I think this may be just a Doodle thing.  My lab always wanted water also.  Willa loves to play in water and drink water.

It's crazy, I think if I were to give her a few bowls in a day, she would demolish them! But if it's not bad for her, then I'll just keep giving it to her.
