Coat type?

Any idea as to what coat type Coby has? My last ALD had curly wool- this definitely isn't. She almost looks scruffy and sparse; okay right after she's brushed but that could be three to four times a day before she becomes all wiry again. I think it's too early for professional grooming but I'm perplexed as to what her coat will be like. It's lacking that deep softness she'd had.

Coby is adorable. She looks like my Luca did but his coat was and is very soft.

Reminds me of Enzo...and I love the scruffy look! LOL....we say all the time...brush Enz and as soon as she breathes the " scruff" is back. But like Luca, Enzo is very soft.

[Gail and Bailey]

Cody is so cute!  My Bailey gets the same look and actually feels more coarse as her hair gets a bit longer.   I always know when it is time for me to groom Bailey because I start to feel little wiry hairs in her coat...they seem to grow faster than the soft ones.  No matter what type coat little Cody ends up with .....she is one adorable little girl!!
