What is happening?

So i got home about an hour ago and I noticed lots of high pitched gurgling sounds coming from Chachi. It sounds like lots of hunger pangs or high pitch farts. He seems to b bothered by it and is restless. The sounds r instant now for this past hour. Not sure if he has been having it before I got home. I'm going to attempt to attach a video clip of the sounds. Any ideas of what could be wrong? I'm worried.

Vicky, I don't want to alarm you, and I couldn't tell much from the video, but it's possible that Chachi has bloat or some type of gastric distress. Is he standing or walking in a hunched position? Any drooling or retching? Is his belly hard or distended? 

I would call the emergency vet and describe what is going on to them.

Currently he is laying down sleeping. He is just a little restless now. Earlier he was sitting next to me and kept looking at me like he was uncomfortable. No drooling, retching, or hunched position. His belly was not distended. It has diminished quite a bit now, just happening occasionally. I noticed he did not eat much of his dinner. Could it just b hunger? He has a little bit of a smelly bum. Gas?

Sleeping is a good thing. He can't be in serious distress at the moment. I would watch very closely tonight.

Sorry, ipad died. Chachi had an ok night. Turns out I think he was hungry. He ate this morning and I haven't heard it since. Poor guy is tired today, guessing it's from the poor night's sleep. Guess he's going to have to learn to eat his dinner when it's time to eat. Thanks.
Oh he does seem a little constipated, suggestions to help soften stools a bit?

Paddy gets a lot of these high-pitched squeaky sounds in his gut when he is gassy or in need of a poop. They don't seem to bother him, although sometimes they are loud enough to hear across the room.  BTW, I could not view the movie, so I am assuming it's the same sounds as we hear in Paddy.

Chachi is much better today. He ate well and no Xtra tummy sounds. He's also pooping fine. Perhaps he ate something he shouldn't have while under my hubby's watch. Thank us all for ur support.
