As some of you know my mom watched PB&J while me, hubby and kids took a 4 day trip to San Fran. It was wonderful for her to offer and she also got first hand experience in living with doodles for a few days. She did a great job and I'm so proud of her! She handled our crew beautifully! She ended up just staying the night down here so that she could keep our dogs on the routine they are use to. I asked her how it went and if she changed her mind about a doodle this December and she says she's still up for it. She said the hardest part for her was that our doodles wake up at 6 am and want to go potty(we don't have a doggie door) so she said getting up early was the toughest part. She acknowledges that will the toughest part for her while her doodle is young. Luckily she does have a doggie door already installed in her new house so once her doodle is trained it can go potty in the morning itself. I'm really proud of her for thinking this through so seriously. But so far, it looks like PB&J are on schedule for a December cousin. :) go mom!
