April Assignment Spring

Black and white seems to stark for April so I'm opting for color. It could be soft like the first blush of color in the trees or all those flowers you west coasters already have. Soft, garish whatever. By the end of the month even Donna will surely see a peep of green. And speaking of peeps, baby animals would go well with this theme. Chicks and puppies and who knows what. We have no flowers...yet, so I have not been in this discussion much, plus, I've been so busy with my mom, but I do hope to try these simple techniques with flowers soon.

The Easter Bunny brought us grassicicles, Quincy thinks they're da bomb. :>) Nothing says spring like everything covered in a layer of ice.

Ugh, Donna, I feel for you.  But at least Quincy seems to be having a good time licking the grassicicles and is staying warm in his wonderful fur coat.  He is such a cutie.

Quincy loves the snow and so do I but not for this long. Our snow is pretty much all gone, now it just needs to get warmer.

Sending warm thoughts and hugs! Geez you guys have really had it rough this year. Quincy's grassiccles are pretty & healthier than the jelly beans mine scarfed before they could be picked up!

I love Quincy licking the grassicicle.  Sorry about your "Spring" weather.  Perhaps you will have true Spring when the rest of us are suffering Summer heat. : )
