Archie has had loose stool for the past 24 hours and although this happens every now and then (sensitive stomach) today it was most odd as he pooped out what looked like egg yolks/eggwhites completey yellowish in color (sorry for the image!) HAHA :) Usually this just passes and theres no need for a Vet visit, but just wondering if anyone else ever deals with this or what this may be a sign of?
Thanks!
Sam

Oh yeah, Archie is a year old and he's had about 5-6 stool samples testes throughout the last few months. He's always good to go.
When he has diarrhea or mucous stool its never associated with lethargy or any other warning signs. Other than once when he was actually sick.
Did you get the special giardia test that looks for antibodies? You typically have to ask for it but it is much more sensitive than the regular stool sample giardia tests. My vet only likes to do it if giardia is suspected because it can produce false positives, however, it might be worth asking your vet about since giardia is hard to detect and often has intermittent symptoms like Archie.
It's a bummer that he's sick so much. Once a month seems like a lot. :(
I know he was tested for Giarrdia around 5-6 months, but not sure afterwards...My guess is maybe not? I may ask the next time I go up there. Also, I should say he's not sick, but yes the diarrhea monthly (it seems so at least). He's only actually been sick once. Also, he was getting diarrhea much more often when we had him on crap food. Now he's on Acana Wild Prairie
I would totally double check next time you're in. It just seems like a lot to be sick every month, even with a sensitive stomach. Maybe he's getting into something at daycare?
Totally selfish, but I personally hate it when Oliver's sick because he needs to go more often, it's hard to clean up runny stuff and it gets on his butt, and I need to cook all of his meals special. I would probably be going crazy if it happened once a month.
I hope it gets better soon!
