June Assignment Backlighting

I love backlighting so I was happy  Joanne suggested this. Sometimes, however, there are lovely things that are not backlit and naturally they are welcome. In fact, landscapes, dogs, flowers all good. In fact as usual, if you have a great shot put it here. This discussion may go through the first week of July depending on whether I can post easily from parts unknown. Have fun, that's what it's all about.

Finally, I have my computer back from repairs.  I haven't been able to view nor work on my photos in ages!!  The first photo was actually done in black and white with a red filter.

These roses are simply wonderful. The light is great and that second rose glows.

These all capture such wonderful moods.  Amazing.  I love them all, but the black and white and yellow rose may be my favorites.

I have been working on a backlit Haley.  Somewhere on my computer untagged are some that were accidental.  Here is one I took today.  Unfortunately the sun at 7:30 AM is fairly high in the sky.
