question about grooming the face

So Georgia is 8.5 months old. She had her second groom almost 4 weeks ago.

I have noticed the hair around her face sticking up in odd places. I try to comb it down before taking photos but a little wind and the photo below is what I get.

I didn't notice this with the last groom so I don't know if this is just the way her hair is, or if they groomed it different. Is there something I can do or request so it doesn't do this? Or do I need to resort to hair spray for photo shoots. (kidding, but only slightly--is there such a product that is safe for dogs?)

Riley looks the same way. No matter what I do it gets really wavy and sticks out in crazy ways. I've just grown to accept it. LOL. Good luck!
