Did you know that you help raise rescue funds for DRC just by going for a walk?

INTRODUCING "RESQWALK!"

"ResQwalk" is a mobile app that enables you to raise money for homeless animals and earn prizes every time you go for a walk.

ABOUT RESQWALK

Each week ResQwalk announces a donation pool (e.g. $2,500) available to all registered 501(c)(3) rescue organizations.

I am happy to announce that DRC is now a participating rescue!

In order for DRC to receive donations from the pool, our supporters simply need to download the app and then check-in to the app whenever they go for a walk.

At the end of every walk, the user is offered a reward that when redeemed, helps fund future donation pools.

Pretty cool idea Jacquie. Unfortunately it's only available for Apple. As soon as it becomes available for Android I'm in. Hopefully the DRC gets a lot out of it.

@Joe..wooftrax is another app that supports DRC. The app works on android and iPhones. When registering, select DRC as the organization you support.

Thanks Julie. Just downloaded the app and signed up. I was worried at first because the DRC isn't listed on their  websites list of shelters and rescues. But they were there when I did the registration on the app.
