Weight at 11 weeks and adult weight

Hi everyone!!!
My Rocky is now 11 week and his weight is 12 lbs. The breeder is anticipating him to be around 45lbs. Do you guys think she is right?

Sounds pretty good to me. Mind you, I'm a first time dog owner so i'm not 100% but based off of what my dog is... he was 12.2lbs at 11 weeks and he's expected to be 50-55 lbs so I think they're on the right track!

That sounds pretty accurate to me, although surprises can happen :)

Oscar was 19-1/2lbs at 11 weeks and at almost 2 yrs old he's 68lbs.

Wait a few more weeks and you can get a more accurate estimate.  The old standby of take their weight at 4 months and double that, then add a few more pounds, is pretty accurate.

Thanks!!! I'm really hoping that he'll have a wavy coat. He is such hand full right now.... But we love him dearly.

8 weeks  6.8 lbs

11 weeks  10.8 lbs

14 weeks  13.9 lbs

Adult weight is about 38 lbs, so that estimate for your little pup seems about right since it's a bit higher than Luna.

Wow. My Charlotte weighted six-and-a-half pounds when she was eight weeks old, and now at two years, she weighs about 23 pounds.  Go figure!

Haha!  Luna was a pretty skinny puppy, all fluff and legs.  She gained FAST though!

Sounds about right. Ragley was 16.4 lbs at 11 weeks and was 51-ish at 9 months.

Hartley was 12lb at 12 weeks, and as an adult he is a lean 75lb!!
