Missing my doodle!

We've been on vacation since Saturday (it's Thursday now) and I miss my Sky like crazy!!!

I'm proud of myself, I only called twice to check on her.

I'm hoping we get back in time this evening to pick her up tonight, I don't think I can wait until tomorrow!!

This is so cute!  I take care of a couple of doodles when their families are traveling and they have become a part of our family.  When Groucho Too passed over the bridge I even asked if they could bring their dogs to stay with Harpo because he was having a very hard time and was depressed.  One stayed with him for three weeks, and the other stayed with him for two weeks.  It made such a difference for him (and for me).  Then we had three rescues for a couple of weeks and kept one for Harpo's permanent companion.

About posting messages and photos - that is just so easy these days.  I have the e-mail addresses of the families and send photos of our activities just about daily.  The dogs are always happy to see their families when they return but just as happy to see our place when they arrive here.  It is great to have a second home, and foster doggies.
