WHAT PART OF PENNSYLVANIA ARE YOU FROM..........................

Since I joined doodlekisses just about a year ago, I have seen and heard about parts of Pa. that I have never heard of before. Just to get to know each other a little bit more, tell were you are from and a little bit about the area.
Lucy and I live in Vandergrift, Pa. Really we live 1/2 way between Vandergrift and Ford City. We live very near Crooked Creek State Park. It is a rural area. We live on 10 acres. It is just about 32 miles NE of Pittsburgh and, Yes we are big Steeler fans. We have mountains and trout streams around. It is quite beautiful in the fall with all of the colored leaves. It is really nice now, I think, because everything is starting to green up.

Hi there.  Our family lives in Downingtown.  We have a 6.5 month old puppy named Kenzie.  Our doggie daycare is helping us organize a Doodle Playdate in PA on Oct. 19 @ Hickory Springs Farm in Phoenixvlle from 10:30am-12:30pm.  I've attached a flyer on how to rsvp.  Hope to see you there.

Hannah, Honey and I (Denise), we live between Allentown, Bethlehem, and Albrightsville, PA. We officially do not have a home as of yet. We are in the process of looking and are between family right now. We are also hosting a DOODLE ROMP with Barb and Marty Baumgarten, and their granddaughter Carli, along with their Doodle...Dunkin. Our Romp is going to be held in Emmaus PA, on June 27th, at R Furry Friends, 325 S. Fifth Street. You can contact me at [e-mail], the price for early registration is $8.50 till June 10th. At the Door will be $10.50. You need your dog shot records and Bordetella to get in. So come join us and the fun, we will have games, prizes, raffels, and did I mention LOTS OF FUN, you won't know you own a Doodle for at least two days, by the time they get done playing. Bumping this discussion for all those in the Oodles of Doodles Group. Because BB just got his 3rd set of shots, and while we will be doing another set in 3 weeks, he is DYING for some furry companionship! Here are our deets!!

I grew up just north of Pittsburgh, where I see a good number of you are from. Currently BB, DH, and I live about 45 minutes south of Scranton, (near where 80 and 81 meet) and plan to be moving back to State College over the summer.

Hi Everyone,

I grew up in Dormont, went to college at Slippery Rock University, then moved to California in 1984.  I have lived in Southern Calif for 27 years and still feel like PA is home in many ways.  All of my relatives are in the Pittsburgh area and I visit when I can.  I love the Steelers and always feel good when I see pictures of the rivers in the city.  I'm glad to be a part of this group and look forward to seeing what's going on with the Doodles in PA.  My Doodle is a California Girl ... golden like the sunshine and warms my heart... I adore her!

I live in Philadelphia, PA. Yes the home of the Philadelphia Phillies. We are big Phillies fan's & Utley is my favorite. We are also big Flyers fans, but not so big of an Eagles fan, especilly since Vick joined them. We live in Northeast Philadelphia, &nlike most people in Philadelphia we side by side our neighbors with very little land. Bindi has a nice size yard to run in though & she loves it.
