Pet Sitter Needed last minute!

Good Afternoon!

My fiancé and I live in downtown San Francisco and were looking for a pet sitter to stay in either our apartment or yours over the Thanksgiving holiday! We are traveling to Chicago and are looking for help starting Wednesday (11/26) until Sunday (11/30). We have a 5 month old mini Goldendoodle named Hugo! He is the love of our lives and are either looking for someone to pet sit him or are open to suggestions on a great place for him to Stay/board. Looking forward to hearing back! Thanks!

Try dogvacay.com  These people take dogs into their home.  We've met some great ones here but obviously can't vouch for anyone in your area.  But read the reviews and see what you think.  This is very last minute so good luck!

I thought I would check out your post to see where you are, and it is not that far away from us.  We take care of a couple of doodles when their families are traveling.  One of the pet owners is going to stay at our house over the Thanksgiving week while we are traveling and this is the first time ever we have been separated from our dogs.  Usually they go with us, but my FIL sold his mobile home where we usually stayed over Thanksgiving.

Maybe next time, if you want to drive down to Monterey County.  We are right on Hwy. 101 so it is pretty convenient.  Pet sitters are a good way to go, but you might also look for someone to trade off with and get your dogs acquainted.  That is my first choice.  Did you find something this time?
