Lucy passed away

She died Thursday sometime overnight. It was just too much for her. We are in shock and just beyond heartbroken. She was barely one. We hadn't had her even a year. The kids just sobbed and sobbed.

I don't even understand how she got a sock. We kept her tethered in the house or in her crate. She never got to just roam free.

Thanks for all of the well wishes and concern.

Our house seems so empty :(

Oh no! I'm so sorry. These doodles are so smart and fast it is hard to stay ahead of them.So heartbreaking. May you find peace in knowing that because of you and your family Lucy knew what it meant to be truly loved.

I am so heartbroken to learn the news about Lucy. I am so very very sorry for your family. Lucy was a darling girl, and well loved by you all. She had a happy life...my deepest condolences.
