Does anyone make their own baked biscuits? Lots of recipes on pinterest for some made with peanut butter or even baby food. I want to try making some. Any other add in's to recommend ????? I don't want to use honey or milk.

Mary Ann, a little honey is fine and actually acts as a natural preservative. I make my own treats and liver is by far the favorite. I just boil the liver and puree it with a little of the cooking water and then add enough rice flour or whatever flour you want to use to make it a good consistency for rolling out and bake till they're nice and crunchy.

I made biscuits.  I've posted the recipe before for fish cookies.  I'm sure it is in the cookbook section.  It is basically canned salmon, eggs, flour.  I cut them out with little cookie cutters but you could make them any way you want.

thanks, the recipe I was thinking of was pumpkin, peanut butter , whole wheat flour & eggs.
the other is with just baby food ( any kind but make sure if using meat, no onion added) and whole wheat flour .
I will try them this weekend.

If your dog has issues with wheat or normally eats grain free, I would use a spelt or oat flour instead of the whole wheat.

Otherwise, I'm pretty sure your dog will like anything you make.  :)  Have fun!

Excellent advice, Deb.
