No advice but there is a similar thread here:

I wonder if this is just caused by the stress of the doodle pup moving to a new home. She may seem happy but there is still a degree of stress to her system being removed from her litter and settling into a new environment. I wish I could tell you more.
Again, see the other thread on DK that was linked to you here.
Dont see it as a food issue but rather look for mites, thyroid, stress, fleas, and other issues
DO SEE A VET
I agree completely. I don't know what the problem might be or even if there is anything to worry about, but I do know it has nothing to do with food.
Mites are very common in puppies and require a vet to do a skin scraping, as they are not visible to the eye.
This is definitely something I would take to the vet. Do let us know what the outcome is. I do hope it is something simple to cure.
Jennifer,
Dont worry if you did not see the post from yesterday. Each situation is different and certainly, you have your own situation. We linked that too you because it had an extended discussion regarding, " it is NOT food" and we wanted you to read that and get some information on that topic too.
I do hope you call your vet and get in before next week. Sooner than later, please. It is best not to wait. No, it is not an emergency but it is of concern. The sooner you have her checked, the easier it is to deal with health issues. Nip that one in the bud now.
Do let us know. We would love a follow-up
Good news! Vet said it was not mites--there's no sign of dermatological distress. It's not thyroid--she's too young. He said that she's simply losing her puppy coat, that it's something he's seen in some of the shaggy dog breeds when the adult coat starts to come in. He was very certain about it.
Thanks so much, Joanne, Nicky, Karen, and Deborah, for your concern and for taking the time to respond.
xoxo, Jennifer & Lucy
This is good news. Thanks for updating us!
