DOODLE VACATION 2015

The "Doodle Vacation Planners" have been very busy researching options for the 2015 Doodle trip.  For our newcomers to Doodle Kisses, the annual Doodle trip started a few years ago when several of us went on a cruise.  We all had an amazing time and decided that we needed to do this every year.  We've done cruises as well as "all inclusives", and this year the planners decided on The Vine in Cancun, Mexico during the week of October 17th.  We went to a different resort in Mexico last year, and is was so much fun that we decided to do it again but in a different location.  This resort has a beautiful beach and is within walking distance of shopping and some fun attractions.  We will again work though the same travel agent as prior years, and he has provided us with this initial pricing.  Once we are ready to book he will do the final research and may be able to get lower prices depending on how many rooms we are booking.  Some of us will not be staying for a full week....some are booking for 4, 5, or 6 nights.

We have seven or eight double room commitments already, and would love to add more DKers to this vacation.  If you want to go, but don't have a roommate, we can help with that.  I hope those who have traveled in the past will chime in here....I personally LOVE this trip.  The first year my husband was a bit reluctant to spend his vacation with my "DK girlfriends", but now he can't wait for this week.  It is SO MUCH FUN!

I will say that we have been to Cancun many times and no where that I have been since has even come close to matching the beauty of the Cancun beach/water.  Absolutely breath taking.  Have fun.

Last year I... (And two of my friends) decided to go on the doodle trip for our annual fall vacation. My friends are not doodle owners, but they love my doodle! I'd told them that I wanted to try it out one year.... We typically travel at just about the same time each year (typically we cruise). I am sure some of you are thinking... Oh my - that seems like a lot to take on... I don't really know these people. Let me just say that me and my two friends had a great time. Sometimes the group did things together and sometimes... people did things on their own - there was no pressure to operate as a group the entire time. Everyone was so welcoming and welcomed my non-doodle friends with open arms. It was a great time and we may do it again in the future.... But we want to try a new adventure... this year rather than visiting Cancun again! If you have been sitting on the fence thinking.... I don't know about this - take the plunge and do it.... You will have a great time.
