Oh no. Ashley, I'm thinking of you and Wrigley. This must be so painful!
Sending hugs and love your way!
Sending positive thoughts that the tests don't indicate anything serious. I hope Wrigley feels better soon.
Wow, poor little guy! :( That's sounds painful. I'm so glad you took him in and that they found something (not too serious) that can be treated. I hope he heals quickly! Thanks for the update.
At least now you know what's wrong and he's being treated. Here's hoping he feels much better real soon.
Oh what a handsome fellow! When yo go to the vet, ask them to clean up his special place. They have a small grooming tool for that area. If you like him long, between groomings, ask if a vet tech can do it for a fee, if you are not comfortable doing it yourself or you do not have the tool to do it safely. There is a white powder that is puffed into the ears, which helps you to grab the hairs with your fingers, close to the roots and pull a few hairs out at one time. I usually do one ear one day and the other the next day. Other people do both ears at once. Its not pleasant at first, and I make sure I have some small treats available between pulls. Sometimes I put a tissue in my hand and use that and the powder to pull out the small hairs. I also keep the hair on the lower end of his ears shorter, so more air can get in under the flap. I hope he recovers quickly. Glad its not anything too serious!
