I'm Sally Twesten from Morgan Hill, CA and new to Doodle Kisses with my sweet Honey who is just turning 12 weeks. She's an Austrailian Labradoodle, currently caramel colored silky fleece coat with white markings and weighing in at almost 10 lbs, standing 11 1/2" high. May end up being a mini or small medium size. Just posted a photo album of her and my favorite is the one of her meeting my horse, her new brother Barry. Plan to some day play with them both together since Barry is very good at tricks and liberty, what I'm hoping Honey will enjoy too.

Hi Doodle kisses!

My name is Marlene.  My Doodle is Brewster.  He is a Multigenerational Goldendoodle.  He is six month old and the love of my life!  We live in Spencerport, NY on 5 acres.  He currently weighs 44 lbs.  the attached picture is from Christmas when he was 5 months old.  we refer to him as Chicken doodle.  He actually is afraid of birds chirping and runs away from the noise!  He is hysterical!  Very loving and great with senior citizens.  He loves everyone and everyone love him!  I am so happy with my Brewster.  He is so smart it's scary!  He is the center of our life!

I certainly understand your feelings about Brewster. Hurley has been the love if my life since the very moment we got him. I tell Hulrley that at least ince a day. And when hubby is around I modify a bit by adding furry love of my life.

Haha! I do the same thing with my fiancee. He loves my boy as much as I do, though, so it's not that big of a deal. There's a moment each day that I fawn over Orwell and then I fawn over my fiancee. :P

Would love any tips/recommendations on grooming brushes/combs and puppy shampoos.  He has (or will have?) a curly coat.  I'm lost in this area!  Been trying to sift through all the info on this site, but it looks like many of the brushes recommended aren't available.

I am so excited to join this group :)  I have wanted a Doodle for years and my husband has finally given in.  This sweet girl is Darby...she is a 6 week old standard F1 Golden Doodle.  We still have 2 more weeks before she will be ready to come home.  Can't wait to explore this group and prepare to bring Darby home!!
