I will now summon Karen with the power of the internet. ;)
Karen,
Orwell is very close to a year old now (a little less than two weeks to go!). However, he hasn't stopped growing entirely... and I mean skeletal growth. His growth rate is obviously the slowest it's been at about a quarter of an inch every two weeks or so, but I don't see any signs that this is going to stop. I originally thought he would be completely done at a year and I could switch him to Orijen Six Fish starting when he reaching 1 year old, but I'm not entirely comfortable with that idea anymore given his growth patterns.
Should I wait until his skeletal growth stops completely to switch over to the adult formula, or would you still recommend I start switching to the adult formula in two weeks?

You're fine switching at a year old, even if he hasn't completely finished growing. The differences nutritionally are very small; some puppies never get puppy formulas, they're started on ALS foods and stay on them right through from puppyhood to adulthood. I'm pretty sure his skeletal growth is close to complete, and the adult formulas have enough nutrients and calories to support his growth at this point.
Sounds good. I will switch over after this next bag. Thank you, Karen. :)
