- I have one F2b labradoodle named Orwell (after George Orwell). He is the love of my life and I'm completely obsessed with him. In addition to him, I keep rare varieties of tropical fish and have a guinea pig named Milton (after John Milton).

- Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?
- My English teacher in high school had a litter and I was looking for a puppy. My yellow lab died in January 7, 2014, and Orwell was born on July 11, 2014. It seemed a natural progression.

- Swimming, walking, play dates with other dogs, cuddling

I recently got a Wisdom Panel done on Orwell because I've always been suspicious that he has something else in him other than lab and poodle. As I suspected, Orwell's mother is not a pure lab and poodle cross.
Here are his results:

First showing of our house today. It may not be long before we are in Oregon. We are going to look at houses at Thanksgiving. Our sheepadoodle is from a great breeder in Spokane. You will love the sheepadoodles. They are a fantastic breed.
He is a very pretty guy. Come visit us when we get established in Oregon.
We know the area well as we planned to move there 10 years ago. We have been to Crater Lake and Ashland. Great places to visit.
Thank you. We will be living in Southern Oregon in the Grants Pass area. We planned to move there 10 years ago and had a home all selected that was perfect for us. We were in no hurry because I was still working, but the owner died and his daughter from Maine decided to take the house. Then the market crashed so we decided to stay put. My husband and I are both 70 this year, so we decided this was the time to make the move.
I like Orwell's coloring. Isn't it strange how it changes over time?
