What would a F1b x F1b goldendoodle be called?

f1b x f1b=?  F2b??  What type of coats does this type of doodle have? I thought a F2B was an F1 x F1b? Is it a mix depending on each litter?  Thanks for your help?

Very unscientific but... I would call  it a Poodle! 

It's confusing but none of the above it correct and basically, not done by a good breeder. There is information around here with tables that explain this confusing  issue.  Per genetics, you have to play with those fs

I don't know what to call it--but the coats would vary--and could be curly, wavy or straight! So, that question does not have an answer. You would have a chance of getting a pup that looks just like a poodle or just like a lab and everything in between! Not likely that this cross would be done.

Sorry, all of the mulitgeneration doodles confuse me.  What makes a muligen doodle okay, but not a good idea to breed an F1b with another f1b?  If it's because of coats and the breeder does their IC testing for coats shouldn't this take out the guess work of having open face/flat coats?  Just trying to understand it all.

I suppose if the doodle parents have been cleared genetically for IC then you won't have to worry about getting a flat coated doodle.  Does ruling out IC also rule out shedding?

Goldendoodle = F1B Goldendoodle X F1B Goldendoodle - 75% Poodle - 25% Golden Retriever

The third generation Goldendoodle (F3) is produced by crossing the F1B or F2 with another F1B or F2 Goldendoodle. when breeding F3 Goldendoodles, a high number of puppies in the litter will be more prone to shedding. Some are very retriever'ish with flat coats, not the soft fluffy coats that doodles are known for. Because of this, breeders rarely breed the F3 Generation.
