Lloyd at 10 months

Here's Lloyd at 10 months. He's a standard F1 golden doodle and currently weighs in at 40lbs. He's got lots of loose waves, big eyebrows and a nice beard. He does shed but just recently started to develop little mats behind his ears. I wonder if he'll change much more from this point.

The first few months he was a terror but in such a short time he's learned to be such a good dog. Still a playful and sometimes naughty puppy but pretty impressed with how far he's come at only 10 months old.

I'm guessing he will probably gain about 5 more pounds. Just a guess :-) !
10 months was when our doodles really began matting seriously. Lloyd probably
won't Matt as bad since he sheds( that's the upside).

Oh what a cutie! He will most likely not get any taller but will probably fill out a bit. Behind the ears is a typical place for mats on Doodles as well as Goldens and Poodles. If you can use a comb on him that will help.
