I was trying to reply to the post
"what does it mean when dogs put their heads on each other's neck." and I got the above message and couldn't respond.

Is there something wrong? Sorry if this is the wrong place to post it, but not sure what the right place is. Feel free to delete.

The person who starts a discussion has the option to close the discussion if they choose to. If they do, nobody can post in that discussion again. To do that, you click the little "options" box which should be at the top right of your discussion. Then you choose "close discussion" from the drop down menu. You can always open it again.

The poster who started the discussion about the dogs putting their heads on each others' necks chose to close her discussion. You can still read it, you just can't post any new comments. Here's the link to the discussion, you can see "Replies are closed for this discussion" in bold letters right above the comments section. http://www.doodlekisses.com/forum/topics/what-does-it-mean-when-dog...

Oh, and nobody can delete a discussion except Adina. Not even the person who started it. You can edit it or close it, but you can't delete it unless there are no responses to it.

Thanks for the explanation. I did see that text, but didn't understand what it meant. And now I do.

So I guess I won't respond. :-)
