Oakley's first haircut!

I cut Oakley's hair for the first time (my first grooming ever!) and I actually like his short hair! How do you think I did?! I used a 1/2 inch blade for his body, scissored his legs and face, and I left his tail alone. Very dramatic change for my 7 month old pup!

Great work! he looks adorable--I think I would have left a bit more on the ears (not length but on the surface of his ears--and then it would curl up --and on the top of his head--but not much--just another 1/2" or so to make it fluffier and look less flat...otherwise, I like it very much!

You did a great job! The 1/2' will make it easier to brush and comb him. I have let Pierre have longer ears as he has become older. Each dog will have their own personality and you will see what you like best.
