What kind of Doodle do you think????

Harlow was picked up at 10 months old from the streets of downtown. She was skinny, full of worms, matted and dirty. The Humane Society took her in and cleaned her up, and that's when our family adopted her. Since she was a rescue, we don't know much about her.
We think she's a labradoodle or a goldendoodle. Either way or neither way, we love her, but are curious to know. Someone at the humane society guessed labradoodle. Our vet thought goldendoodle was a good guess. I want to know what you guys think...Goldendoodle or Labradoodle?
Harlow is about 45 lbs. or so. She's pure white with a little cream on her ears, back and tail. She has softer, less curly hair then our mini goldendoodle and a slightly longer nose. I'd like to know- what's your best guess and why? I included some pics of her and there are more on my page. Thanks!!!!

I'd say a goldendoodle--but either way--she is such a cutie!! So glad you got her! My neighbors have a GD and the hair is curlier because she is an F1B, but otherwise she is very similar...check out my page and you will see pics of her with my Matilda (the red one). The GD is also 45 pounds but very leggy.

She is gorgeous! I can't say whether she is a labradoodle or goldendoodle, but she looks a lot like one of my labradoodles. I have two, and although they are brothers, they look a bit different in their appearances.

I can see from your first photo that Harlow can lie with her back legs totally flat on the floor. One of my doodles can do that! The one that looks a lot like Harlow lies like that all the time. The other doodle doesn't.

I certainly am no expert but what a gorgeous doodle!! I can't imagine what else her dna could possibly say - I think thatif Harlow's and Samantha's pictures where in black and white, they could be twins. If you really need to know, you can do the DNA test. I repeat myself - a gorgeous Doodle!!!

My guess is, GD, because of the tail. LD, don't they have shorter hair on the tail? She is definitely a Doodle! Beautiful doodle, kinda looks like my GD, but mine has alittle more poodle in him. Lucky dog, lucky you.

My LD has long hair on her tail and wavy hair around her face. You'll never know for sure but again, she's a beauty! Don't worry about it! :o)

y guess would be goldendoodle because of the longer, thicker hair. I have both a goldendoodle and a labradoodle, and she looks more like a goldendoodle to me. What a find! She is beautiful.

i like the longer hair on the tail means GD theory... that would be a great guess... congrats! shes cute!

Harlow certainly looks like a Goldendoodle to me. She is very similar looking to my Gracie though smaller. Gracie is an F1 but her mother is a full sized Standard Poodle. She is tall and weighs 73 pounds. Her hair is very soft, especially the top of her head. Her tail has coarse fur and is the only part of her that sheds. She has the tail and fur of a Golden Retriever. I think the tail is the give away that she is a GD. Gracie has the wavy hair and it is curlier under her ears and around her neck and chest. Gracie's nose does not look long but when she gets wet she takes on a more Poodle look with a longer nose and a deep chest. I don't think Harlow is an F1B. Her hair isn't curly enough.

Lucky Harlow! I'm so glad you resued her! (You hear so much bad news these days, it's nice to hear good news!) She is just beautiful! I definitely think she's a goldendoodle. Her face, her fur, her topline in that third picture - they all say goldendoodle to me. Our Mazie is a black GD, but I still think your Harlow looks a bit like her. And when you start looking all around here at all the light colored doodles, I bet you'll notice Harlow looks a lot like the GDs. Whatever she is, though, she's totally cute and is lucky to have a forever home with you.
