Distorted Photo- Help!

I posted a picture of Jaxson on his 2nd birthday yesterday. Why is it distorted? Please help!

Janet, that is a good question for the Photography Group. You might want to post the photo in there. Im sure someone will be able to help. Unfortunately, I am technologically challenged.

When it is opened it's fine. But the image is distorted in the posting. Thanks for your help!
