Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum
This is for photos you are thinking of submitting for the Calendar and that you would like to show us. If you want more detailed critiques and/or editing help I have started another discussion for that. I know there will be overlap and possibly a mish mash but we can handle that. Don't forget to check the guidelines.

I'm stating early because the calendar submissions need to be in by 9/22. seems like the submission period gets shorter every year.
Remember that vertical shots only go on the multiple doodles per page calendar. If you want a chance at a full page you need horizontal shots.Tags:
The size is 180 x3264 but the resolution in only 72--not enough for a print quality image. I think you are using a cell phone camera, and while these can make great small size, digital images for the internet, most cell phone camera's can't create images with enough pixels to look good in a calendar size print. That's why Adina sets pixel requirements--these ensure that the images she picks will look good in print.
Thanks, I did finally figure it out :)
Considering a couple of Fazz.......any thoughts?
Adorable images, particularly the first one. Unfortunately, they do not fit the pixel requirements for the calendar, which are in place to ensure good quality of an 11x8.5 print.
The only decent pics i ever get of my dogs are at agility!! I wasn't sure if it was suitable for the calendar though. I've submitted agility pics before and they've never been selected! I downloaded the original image she sent me and it is 6000 x 4000 pixels, so that is good. In another comment F said it needed the lighting editing? Is that because part of his fur looks white in the sunlight??
