Whatever happened to the practice of adding your name AND your dogs name? Many of us old timers know people just because of the dogs name. With everyone just putting their first name as a member name it is getting really confusing since so many people have the same first name. Adding your dogs name helps us to connect you with who you are. Im sure Im not the only one that feels this way? If you only have your first name, please consider adding your dogs name or some other distinguishing factor. Anybody else want to add anything?

I agree totally.

I agree. Add your dog name and a dog picture!

YES! We do see a lot of new ones without a photo of their dog.

I like to know both names...dog and owner. I like to call people by name and know if I'm speaking to a man or a woman, lol. Using just the dog's name doesn't allow you to do that, and typing "I agree with Daphne, Lucy and Pippa's Parent" gets old, lol.

LOL, you're funny Jackdoodle's Mom

I agree, Lori.  When I talk to my husband about my friends here, I always say Karen and Jackdoodle, or F. Calla & Luca, or Laurie, Fudge and Vern.  You, however, are Lori, Ace doodle to him. :-}  And a picture of the dog.  You may be included in the photo, but it is all about the dogs here!

"Lori Ace Doodle"...Lol! I love it! My husband "knows" people by the whole name as well..especially Laurie, Fudge & Vern. Its funny, Elizabeth is still in my phone as Elizabeth, Bailey & Bruin.

LOL...at least he doesn't know me as Flat Laurie :)

Gosh, I feel famous :) I even know you are married to Skip!

Personally, I prefer the dog's photo, or a combo of owner & dogs.

All righty then, mine is corrected and my girls are up there with me.  I can't believe I didn't think to do that, thanks for the post, I like having the girls names there.

Thats great Judy! I love it!
