I'd take her to the vet. it may just be stress from having been left, but I'd have a fecal done to make sure she doesn't have a parasite that could be passed on to Yeti. He's had enough trouble with digestive issues.
How old is the puppy? Has she eaten anything at your house that she doesn't normally get at home?
I agree that a vet visit might be needed--it does not take long for a pup to get very sick--you should definitely give her a bland diet--the vet has an intestinal diet food that works wonders and in the short term, that might be easier for you. I always keep some on hand in case my dogs get into something they shouldn't and within a few days on that, they are fine and I transition them back to their food.
It's probably the food change, especially if what she normally eats is very different from Yeti's food.
I agree that suddenly changing food can be a disaster--and at 2 years old, she isn't as vulnerable as a young pup--I am just not sure why she threw up the pumpkin--but you usually mix it in the food, not feed it alone--
Sure, and I'd give her probiotics, too.
VSL does not. Not sure about Proviable.
