You sure I didn't get a Golden Retriever?
It's so strange to me cause Teddys coat confuses me so much. I got him when he was 9 weeks old and he was so fluffy and wavy and curly behind his ears... BUT now as he is 11 weeks he looks like a pure Golden Retriever and sheds like one. Now I know it takes about a year for true coat to come in but.. idk he confuses me he is wavy all along his back and body but wispy and he looks more straight some days his face is slowly filling out but idk I'll put pictures of when I first saw him to when I got him
To this week. I can never find anyone who has his exact coat.

Leo is about the same color and looks very similar to yours. He shed quite a bit then the shedding has lessened. He's is 5 month now and has gotten Curley, shaggy. The photos here don't show the curls along his back and sides but it's noticeable in person. His snout is now changing quite a bit too.

Yes he looked very similar to Teddy. If you're seeing his snout hair grow and he's getting Curley on his back, it will continue to spread.

Thank you! Pippa is also a shedder but thats Ok. I couldn't love her any more if I tried! She is an F1b mini Goldendoodle.

Our Leo looked just like your Teddy! Puffy but No facial furnishings. Then It started. He's now just 6 months, 50 lbs and his coat is really growing long and some curls, but not tight curls. As you see In the photos when he was about 14-16 weeks and then as a 6 month. Quite a big difference. Not the best photos but he didn't have any indication of doodling out. But he is. More of a loose or shaggy cost but I personally prefer him to look more golden than poodle.
